You will receive Four Packages consisting of the Following Items. A Set of Side Rails.

Centre Support If Ordering Double or King Bed. A Set of Solid Wooden Slats.

ALL THE BEDS ARE MADE TO ORDER. Any amendments required should be notified immediately. The only tool you need is a spanner.

The headboard & footboard have brackets that are pre-attached to them. There are a total of 8 bolts which will need to be loosened.

Once they are loose, you can hook the side rails in and then tighten the bolts. Then you need to place the supplied centre bar in the U-brackets which are also pre-attached to the headboard & footboard Note: There is no centre bar for a 3ft bed. Lastly, Place the slats across the bed (there are no screws needed to fix these in place). AND WE WILL ARRANGE THIS PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

DIMENSIONS (APPROX) MAY VARY SLIGHTLY. We use a national courier for some of our deliveries. However during busy periods you may experience a delay. Please do not get rid of your old bed until you have received your full new bed.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Any region above Aberdeen or any other offshore islands. PA, PH, DD, AB, FK, KY, KA, DG, TR, PL, TQ, EX. CT, BH, PO, SO, TA, DT. All deliveries are to the front door of your property (the couriers are not insured to enter private residences in case of a trip/fall or damage to your personal belongings). Deliveries only take place Monday to Friday.

If there are any visible signs of damage on the packaging. If any items have a manufacturing fault, we will replace them for you swiftly. Please notify us within writing within 7 days.
